Lead Store Manager

**Job Summary**
Nike is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales associates and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
