BAE Systems is a leading defence company with a reputation for excellence. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Industrial Robotics Engineer to join our team.


About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in industrial robotics and automated welding processes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements and will be part of a diverse team with exposure to the latest state-of-the-art technology.


Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new automated processes and systems
  • Implement new automated processes and systems
  • Train and support Robot operators and welding personnel
  • Ensure a high level of health and safety is maintained for all systems

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
