Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and inspirational headteacher who can lead our school and its staff team to even greater heights. If you have a proven track record of improving student outcomes and achieving outstanding results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

The headteacher will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the school staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote the welfare and safety of our pupils.
  • Building strong relationships with parents, governors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in education or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in teaching or leading in a school setting.
