Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant to join our team in East London.

About the Role
  • Location: East London
  • Contract Type: Full-time, long-term

This Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant position is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students with behaviour challenges. You will work directly with students to help them manage their behaviour, succeed academically, and thrive socially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work one-to-one with students to provide support and help them engage with lessons
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement strategies that support students in a positive environment
  • Help students build essential life skills like self-regulation, confidence, and social interaction

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
