Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team as an onsite Client Service Advisor.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling calls and queries, and working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information and support to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with occupational health and wellbeing solutions is desirable but not essential.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £22,425 per annum, which includes:
- A permanent, full-time contract (37.5 hours per week) with Monday to Friday working hours.
