We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Domestic Assistant to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, ensuring that our schemes are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean all internal communal areas, including corridors, communal lounges and kitchens, internal doors, bin stores, and laundry rooms.
  • Keep external areas clean and free from litter, including courtyards, paths, porches, stairs, landings, and walkways.
  • Assist the Housing Officer as required, including reporting repairs and maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to maintenance issues.

Requirements

  • UK Driving licence
  • Awareness of health and safety issues
  • Previous experience of cleaning or domestic duties
  • Reliable, honest, and trustworthy with a friendly, approachable nature and caring attitude
  • Self-motivated with an attention to detail
  • Willingness to help and flexibility to work as part of a team or alone
