Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Telesales/Account Manager to join our brand-new Training Sales Advisor team in Birchwood. As a Training Sales Advisor, you will take inbound calls from customers enquiring about our training services and make outbound calls to potential customers offering various training courses and services.
Key Responsibilities
- To own responsibility for all inbound and outbound training enquiries by phone and email
- To build strong relationships with colleagues in other departments to actively promote external training
- To ensure sales targets are met in accordance with Key Performance Indicators
- To redevelop dormant accounts to agreed percentages
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of outbound business-to-business account management or telesales/telemarketing, preferably in health and safety training. They should be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills to ensure business is won on viable commercial terms. Additionally, they should have excellent telephone manner and the ability to keep calm under pressure while building rapport with customers.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary up to £28,000 (dependent on experience), 25 days holiday, contributory pension capped at 5%, Westfield healthcare, and life assurance at x2 contractual salary.
