Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Microsoft Modern Work team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with customers to understand their business needs and design Microsoft 365 solutions that meet those needs.
  2. Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and roadmaps, and apply that knowledge to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
  5. Work with our internal teams to ensure that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
