Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Solutions Strategist to join our Microsoft Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technology solutions that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers and partners to qualify opportunities and deliver value-added Microsoft and technology solutions
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation to support customer projects
  • Support the smooth handover of projects into delivery teams and act as an escalation point during project transition
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, professional services, and managed services teams
  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft and Microsoft ecosystem offerings and roadmaps to provide expert advice to customers
  • Understand the commercial impact of proposed solutions and assist customers and CDW's sales teams in choosing the correct solution to meet budget and expectations
Requirements
  • Demonstrated credible experience in Microsoft 365, Modern Work, and Microsoft ecosystem technologies
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand the impact of technology solutions on business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Commitment to personal development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
