Program Support Administrator

Mydas Recruitment is a specialist in sourcing quality candidates for a host of multinational clients. Due to continued growth, our client, a multinational engineering & manufacturing organisation, based in Belfast, have a requirement for a Program Support Administrator to work within the project management team.

The role has a hybrid working option and is on a long-term contract. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in managing and actioning project milestones, project coordination, and administering governance reports for Program Managers (MS Excel). They will also be responsible for reviewing supplier reports, identifying the need for commercial coverage, and initiating PO requests.

Maintaining departmental registers to the highest level of data accuracy and actively supporting the onboarding of 3rd party workers from point of hire are also key responsibilities. The candidate must be familiar with budgets and budget management, have strong project coordination skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The role is a 36-hour week, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. The contract is long-term, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a multinational engineering & manufacturing organisation based in Belfast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and actioning project milestones
