Team Leader (Barista Maestro) - Stroud

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Team Leader to join our Costa Coffee team in Stroud. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, supporting colleagues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Identify and develop the talents of team members to maximize sales and drive business growth.
  • Train and accredit new Baristas to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive high standards in every aspect of the business, from espresso quality to monthly coffee excellence scores.

About You:

We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people, who can turn knowledge and know-how into hot ideas to help our store succeed. You'll need a flexible approach and a can-do attitude, as each day brings exciting new challenges.
