We are seeking an experienced Operational Team Lead to join our team at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager and/or General Manager in the operational management of the centre, including the QMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Duty Managers and junior staff.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in leisure centre management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary is £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
