About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our Centre Management team as a Centre Management Support Specialist. This role involves working closely with our retailers to support their business needs and gather essential feedback on sales and trading performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all 67 retailers within the shopping centre.
  • Gather feedback from retailers on sales and trading performance, and communicate findings to the Centre Management team.
  • Promote the use of the centre's communication system to ensure effective communication between store managers and the Centre Management team.
  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Management team, including maintaining an organized filing system and managing general office duties.
  • Serve as a point of contact for emergency procedures and update the Centre's evacuation policy and tenant handbooks.
  • Manage the annual distribution and collation of occupier surveys and update retailer keyholder information.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times by responding professionally to all queries and complaints.
  • Assist in fire safety tenant monitoring checks and compile paperwork for ISO 14001 accreditation.

Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
