About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join their team in Leigh. As a Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant, you will play a critical role in creating a positive learning environment for students with behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students requiring behavioural interventions.
  • Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviours and promote positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages all students to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and training relevant to the role.
  • Ability to work with students with behavioural challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
