At KPMG-UnitedKingdom, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end business transformation programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for Oracle EPM solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and drive business value.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to design and deliver complex EPM solutions, including planning, financial close, and consolidation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure seamless integration with other Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on EPM best practices, ensuring they achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud EPM technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the practice.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Oracle EPM implementation projects, with a focus on planning, financial close, and consolidation.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM technologies, including EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM, and EDMCS.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects, with a focus on stakeholder management, issue resolution, and quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
