Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Landscape Architect to work on a range of public and private projects in residential, commercial, education, and public realm sectors. As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for preparing plans, illustrative material, and graphic presentations, working at all stages from inception through to completion, and undertaking site surveys and analysis work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement landscape design concepts and plans
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and other documentation
  • Conduct site surveys and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • Professional membership of the Landscape Institute or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on project management and design
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks or other landscape design software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
