Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic special school located just outside of Taunton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, including speech and language delay, impairments or disorder, and Autistic Spectrum Conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide general classroom and 1:1 support to students in Key Stage 3 and 4
* Assist students with their learning needs, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with tutors and other support staff to ensure seamless support for students
* Demonstrate confidence and flexibility in following instructions from peers

**About the Role:**

This is a crucial part of the students' education as it is the transition into GCSE and further education, apprenticeships, college, etc. We are looking for a TA who is mature, confident, and passionate about providing the best possible support to students with a special educational need.

**Working with Long Term Teachers:**

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary, and Special Schools.
