About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in Taunton. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and a strong understanding of specific learning needs, including autism and ADHD.

Main Duties:

  • Managing behaviours and supporting students with diverse learning needs
  • Running activities and leading 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Supporting students of all abilities, including those with SEN
  • Report writing and liaising with SLT on students' progress

About You:

We are looking for someone with experience working with children, particularly toddlers, and knowledge of special education practices and strategies.
