At Stirling Warrington, we are seeking an exceptional Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the RoleWe are looking for someone with a strong mechanical bias who can work effectively in a 4on/4off days and nights rotation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant, carrying out routine maintenance tasks, and identifying areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience working as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or heavy industry setting. A Level 2 qualification in Maintenance Engineering would be beneficial.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of £43,000 - £43,700, plus a £750 Christmas bonus. Additionally, you will receive paid x1.7 normal rate 15 minutes before night shift, worth £800 a year, and frequent overtime opportunities that can earn you up to £60,000 per annum.
You will also benefit from a comprehensive Car Benefit Scheme, including electric vehicles like the Audi E-tron/Polestar, a 14% contributory pension, and 23 days' holiday (average is 20). We also offer gym discounts, nurse/doctors on site, service recognition, and vouchers towards dentist/opticians etc.
