Job Title: CNC Programmer/Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to join our team at Major Recruitment Oldham Industrial. As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you will be responsible for programming and operating 5-axis routers, ensuring high-quality production and adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program and operate 5-axis routers with minimal training.
  2. Ensure effective machining, production engineering standards, and component quality.
  3. Maintain the workshop and machinery to a safe standard.
  4. Produce seat plastics components to the highest quality standard.
  5. Assist in stock control, stores, inspection, part marking, and packaging.
  6. Attend training programs associated with client aircraft approvals.
  7. Work overtime during busy periods and adapt to changing shift patterns.
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in programming and teaching 5-axis routers.
  2. Competence in the use of all workshop machinery.
  3. Flexibility in working hours and shift patterns.
