About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Governance and Compliance. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in ensuring the effective governance and compliance framework of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective governance and compliance strategies to ensure the organization's operations are in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of governance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality governance and compliance services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the Executive team and Board of Directors on governance and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of governance and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or governance.
  • Significant experience in governance and compliance, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
