Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective governance and compliance strategies to ensure the organization's long-term success.
  • Provide expert legal advice to the executive team and other stakeholders on governance and compliance matters.
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that governance and compliance are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the organization through effective governance and compliance practices.
