Hardware Engineer Assistant

HCLTech is a global technology leader, and we're seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer Assistant to join our team. This role will provide critical support to our warehouse operations, focusing on technical issue resolution and inventory management.
Key Duties:
- Collaborate with Warehouse teams to resolve technical issues and manage inventory.
- Analyze and troubleshoot device build process to ensure efficient logistics.
- Develop and maintain asset tracking systems to optimize inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Deskside Support and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
