About the Role:

HCLTech is a global technology leader, and we're seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer Assistant to join our team. This role will provide critical support to our warehouse operations, focusing on technical issue resolution and inventory management.

Key Duties:

  1. Collaborate with Warehouse teams to resolve technical issues and manage inventory.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot device build process to ensure efficient logistics.
  3. Develop and maintain asset tracking systems to optimize inventory management.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Deskside Support and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
