Compliance Manager, Funds and Distribution

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at AXA IM. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic input and expertise into the development of our UK Distribution model and the production of marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and guidance on technical queries and regulatory matters relating to onshore and offshore distribution and marketing.
- Contribute to the development of the Distributor oversight framework.
- Support regulatory change implementation projects, including the UK's Sustainability Disclosure Requirements and the Offshore Funds Regime.
- Provide training to the business on current and emerging regulations in respect of onshore and cross-border distribution and marketing.
- Sponsor the development of workflow tools and working practices to enable more efficient reviews of marketing materials.
- Assist in the development of management information to track marketing approvals and assess the effectiveness of the Distribution teams.
- Relevant industry qualifications and experience in Compliance, preferably in a multi-asset asset management environment.
- Significant experience of Compliance contribution and delivery to regulatory change projects.
- Knowledge of overseas distribution requirements, FCA COBS Regulations, AIFMD, and UCITS.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
