Compliance Manager, Funds and Distribution

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at AXA IM. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic input and expertise into the development of our UK Distribution model and the production of marketing materials.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance on technical queries and regulatory matters relating to onshore and offshore distribution and marketing.
  • Contribute to the development of our Distributor oversight framework.
  • Support regulatory change implementation projects, including the UK's Sustainability Disclosure Requirements and the Offshore Funds Regime.
  • Provide training to the business on current and emerging regulations in respect of onshore and cross-border distribution and marketing.
  • Sponsor the development of workflow tools and working practices to enable more efficient reviews of marketing materials.
  • Assist in the development of management information to track marketing approvals and assess the effectiveness of our Distribution teams.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Compliance professional with a strong background in financial promotions and distribution. You will have a proven track record of delivering regulatory projects and providing strategic input into business development initiatives.

You will be a key point of contact for our business lines and will work closely with our Senior Compliance Manager to ensure that our compliance obligations are met.
