Job Title: Paediatric Audiologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Audiologist Specialist to join our team at Transformation Unit. As a key member of our audiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to children and families, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in paediatric audiology, with a strong background in clinical practice, research, and education. You will be responsible for leading the clinical aspect of our paediatric hearing service, including the evaluation and quality assurance of our services. You will also be expected to work closely with our team to develop and implement new initiatives and strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical aspect of our paediatric hearing service, including the evaluation and quality assurance of our services.
  • Develop and implement new initiatives and strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to children and families, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fitting, and rehabilitation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our audiology department's strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for our patients.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in paediatric audiology, with a strong background in clinical practice, research, and education.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and patient safety.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
