Job Title: Paediatric Audiologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Audiologist Specialist to join our team at Transformation Unit. As a key member of our audiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to children and families, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fitting, and rehabilitation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in paediatric audiology, with a strong background in clinical practice, research, and education. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of audiology services for children, including the evaluation and quality assurance of services.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to children with hearing impairments, including those with complex needs. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our services are evidence-based, effective, and responsive to the needs of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of audiology services for children, including the evaluation and quality assurance of services.
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to children and families, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fitting, and rehabilitation.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to children with hearing impairments, including those with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve the quality and effectiveness of our audiology services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for children with hearing impairments.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in paediatric audiology, with a strong background in clinical practice, research, and education.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and patient safety.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
