Job Title: Paediatric Audiologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Audiologist Specialist to join our team at Transformation Unit. As a key member of our audiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to children and families, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated audiologist to take on a leadership role in our paediatric audiology service. You will be responsible for leading the clinical aspect of the service, including the evaluation and quality assurance of our paediatric hearing services. You will also be expected to work closely with our Head of Service to develop and implement strategies to improve our services and achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical aspect of the paediatric hearing service, including the evaluation and quality assurance of our services.
  • Work closely with our Head of Service to develop and implement strategies to improve our services and achieve our goals.
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to children and families, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including families, healthcare professionals, and other organisations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our service's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Extensive post-qualification clinical experience in paediatric audiology.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Knowledge of current audiology practices and procedures, with a strong understanding of the latest research and developments in the field.
