Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, including engine, e-motor, powertrain, vehicle, and component test systems.
- Compile costs for standard products and update technical data sheets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Potential for travel within the UK and overseas to assist in sales meetings and customer site visits.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and respond to RFQs in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer enquiries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Technically minded with a solution-driven approach, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects) and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
