About the Role

The Malvernian Society is the Alumni association of Malvern College, responsible for maintaining connections with Old Malvernians, parents, and friends of the College worldwide.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in establishing and coordinating alumni networks across the Malvern College Family of Schools.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Malvern College International (MCI) team, responsible for managing relationships with the Colleges international schools.

This role requires a strong understanding of alumni relations, global outreach, and international networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for engaging with international alumni
  • Coordinate events, reunions, and networking opportunities
  • Build relationships with international schools and alumni associations
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of alumni contacts and interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in alumni relations, global outreach, or international networking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
