About the Role

The After Sales Support Team Member position at GenTech Recruitment is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our aftersales department's success. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing responsive, efficient, and cost-effective customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing prompt responses to customer enquiries related to service, repairs, and spare parts
  • Effective communication regarding price quotes, lead times, and other relevant information
  • Accurate entry of parts and warranty sales orders into our computerised sales order processing system
  • Collaborative problem-solving with colleagues to address customer concerns
  • Celebrating customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback
  • Efficiently addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues

Essential Criteria

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience working with a computerised Sales Order Processing System
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a salary of £27,000 - £29,000 (dependent on experience) for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. If you possess the necessary skills and passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply.
