Join Futures Manufacturing as a Junior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Marketing Manager to join our team at Futures Manufacturing, a leading FMCG business with a strong portfolio of sporting goods products.

As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business by leading the development and management of our product portfolio. This will involve identifying market opportunities, defining product strategies, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to drive business growth.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, performance tracking, and analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and generate reports to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing events such as product launches, trade shows, and webinars to showcase our products and build brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Skills: Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.
