About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation efforts in the UK & Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a successful B2B marketing strategy to drive growth across our multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute a B2B Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive new business results and retain existing customers.
  • Brand Management: Elevate our premium brand and maximize the value of our brand portfolio through strategic planning and execution.
  • Customer Marketing: Power up our customer marketing efforts with a focus on new product penetration into our existing customer base.
  • Account Based Marketing: Plan, implement, and manage an Account Based Marketing program to drive targeted outcomes.
  • Marketing Performance Management: Manage and report marketing performance, working closely with sales to identify areas for optimization and incremental improvements.
  • Digital Marketing Assets: Own and manage our UKI digital marketing assets, including websites, CRM, and collaterals.
  • Cross-Functional Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly with sales and support colleagues.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Manage resources and budget to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC rates.
  • Marketing Automation and Analytics: Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics to drive targeted outcomes and adapt strategy in real-time.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage high-quality content to drive excellent digital experiences.
  • Reporting and Budget Management: Confidently report on campaign performance and ROI, and manage budgets to drive business results.
  • Agency and People Management: Effectively manage agency relationships and people to drive business outcomes.
  • Project Management: Prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple projects to hit deadlines.
