About the Role

NRG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bids and Marketing Administrator to join their team in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for managing tender responses, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tender responses from start to finish, including collating and editing inputs, producing meeting agendas, and submitting tenders as required.
  • Coordinate meetings with multiple contributors, including setting up meetings, producing meeting agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including updating CRM and BD+ with tender information, monitoring tender portals, and sharing feedback across the teams.
  • Format bid and pitch documents, pull together content and layout pitches, and create bespoke marketing materials.
  • Set up meetings and arrange travel in support of the wider team.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills, particularly in written form, and the ability to work on own initiative.
  • IT literate, with confidence in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
