We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to strategically guide and empower cross-functional teams, leveraging expertise in modern software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring software engineering teams or leads, developing strategies to align and empower teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, creating a welcoming environment that values and respects individual perspectives.

With regular meetings with colleagues in our Cambridge office twice a month, this role offers a great balance between remote work and collaboration with the team.

What We Offer:
