Job Title: Software Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering team lead to drive product initiatives with Immutably Platform and analytics spaces.

About the Role:

  • This position reports to the VP, Engineering.
  • The company has deployed customer service layers (1) Decarbonization-as-a-Service (DaaS), and (2) CLEAR Path platform to enable customers to optimize value creation with high-quality carbon credits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead API services engineering team as technical authority.
  • Collaborate on business requirements definition, estimation, and software task translation.
  • Lead hands-on software development in various projects.
  • Participate in agile teams for best-in-class software development.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Great communication skills.
  • End-to-end understanding of modern application architectures.
  • Strong attention to detail and big picture thinking.
  • Comfort with abstract concepts and complex architectures.
  • Object-oriented development proficiency.
  • Unit and functional testing proficiency.
  • API development and integration proficiency (restful, graphql, grpc, etc).
  • Experience with disparate Java frameworks (Spring/Quarkus/Helidon etc.).
  • Proficiency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent RDBMS.
  • NoSQL/NewSQL database experience.
  • Source code management proficiency.
