Sales and Partnerships Director

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be recruiting a Sales and Partnerships Director for a leading manufacturer of kitchens and bathrooms in the South East. This pivotal role is crucial in the growth of new business opportunities within the construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals. They will work closely with the design and estimation teams to ensure clarity on commercial requirements for each opportunity.
We offer a competitive salary package for this role, estimated to be between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum, plus car and commission. The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding targets and a passion for success, as well as experience within the construction industry and a full UK driving license.
