Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optical Practice Manager to lead our team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring that all aspects of service delivery meet our high standards. This includes coaching, mentoring, and developing staff, as well as implementing processes to drive business growth and improve efficiency.

We require a leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders. Experience in managing teams and driving results is essential, as well as a solid understanding of optical practices and industry trends. In return, we offer a comprehensive package including a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 5 weeks' holiday, company pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and more.
