About the Role

The Payroll Advisor will process the full end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 2200 employees and handle any related queries.

About You

  • Experience in processing high-volume monthly payrolls is essential, with knowledge of Resourcelink being advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills, numeracy, and ability to manage competing priorities effectively are required.
  • A strong attention to detail, enabling you to identify and correct errors within high-volume data, is crucial.
  • An effective communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Current knowledge and understanding of Government guidelines relating to statutory benefit payments are necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word, is mandatory.
