Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced payroll administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.

You will be responsible for managing the payroll function for a period of 12 months, including processing multiple payrolls, collating data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll administration, including data collection, processing, and finalization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with computerized payroll packages, such as Sage or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £25,312.50 per annum (pro rata) based on 30 hours per week, plus a range of benefits, including a generous annual leave entitlement, flexible working arrangements, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
