About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven House Builder Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting CTD Group products and solutions within the Midlands area.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets in the house builder sector.
- Identify decision makers within each customer/prospect account and develop strategic business-to-business relationships.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements.
- Presentation of products and solutions in a structured and professional manner.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals in line with prospecting and pipeline work.
- Provide local technical advisory support and be recognized as a resource to the customer base.
- Prepare thoroughly for customer meetings, utilizing the company's Business Intelligence system.
- Ensure the company CRM system is updated daily.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales support functions.
- Monitor and self-assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed, in line with objectives agreed upon with the House Builder Sales Director.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the house builder sector.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the house builder market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
