About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our integrated multi-disciplinary clinical team at Sutherland House School in Nottingham. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be working closely with education colleagues to support the progress and development of students with autism and learning disabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assessing communication needs
  2. Developing systems of communication and intervention plans
  3. Supporting training in topics related to learning, communication, and autism
  4. Participating in multidisciplinary meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Degree-level qualifications in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field
  • Experience in working with children and young people with autism and learning disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
