About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Roots team as an Apprentice Health Professional. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience and skills while contributing to the delivery of community-focused health and wellbeing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals and groups to access wellbeing opportunities and services.
  • Co-produce and co-deliver wellbeing initiatives, working closely with experts by experience and profession.
  • Contribute to administrative functions, including data collection and feedback.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Develop promotional materials, such as posters and social media content, to raise awareness of events and opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of working with databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience of working with members of the public and facilitating group sessions.
  • Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.
