Apprentice Health Professional

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Roots team as an Apprentice Health Professional. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience and skills in the healthcare sector while contributing to the delivery of community-focused health and wellbeing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals and groups to access wellbeing opportunities and co-produce and co-deliver wellbeing initiatives.
- Contribute to administrative functions, including data collection and feedback, to inform the development of learning opportunities.
- Attend and participate in team meetings to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Develop promotional materials, such as posters and social media content, to raise awareness of events and opportunities.
- Work alongside partners to co-develop and support the delivery of learning opportunities.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services, including secondary mental health care and physical health and wellbeing services in the community. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our patients and communities.
Requirements- GCSE Maths & English C+/4+ or equivalent.
- Demonstrable knowledge of working with databases and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience of working with members of the public and facilitating group sessions.
- Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.
