Apprentice Health Professional

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Roots team as an Apprentice Health Professional. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to gain a valuable apprenticeship qualification while delivering community-focused health and wellbeing opportunities to our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals and groups to access wellbeing opportunities and co-produce and co-deliver wellbeing initiatives.
- Contribute to administrative functions, including data collection and feedback, to inform the development of learning opportunities.
- Attend and participate in team meetings to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Develop promotional materials, such as posters and leaflets, to raise awareness of events and opportunities.
- Work alongside partners to co-develop and support the delivery of learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with service users, staff, and the wider community to inform the development of opportunities across localities.
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or 4 and above, or equivalent.
- Demonstrable knowledge of working with databases and experience of working with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience of working with members of the public, across communities, and facilitating group sessions.
- Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills, with a demonstrable evidence of excellent customer service manner.
- Evidence of ability to work effectively as part of a team and commitment to completing the relevant apprenticeship course in the required timeframe.
