About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience working in a care home or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
