At Spire Healthcare, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Clinical Services Director to join our team at Spire Harpenden Hospital.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our clinical services and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex clinical teams and ensuring effective patient care through excellent clinical and managerial leadership.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, who can develop clinical practice within the hospital and introduce innovation and excellence in clinical practice throughout the clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exemplary planned care for patients while managing multiple clinical teams.
  • To ensure the teams deliver effective patient care by providing excellent clinical and managerial leadership.
  • To develop clinical practice within the hospital, examining latest trends and introducing and embedding innovation and excellence in clinical practice throughout the clinical teams.
Requirements

We are looking for a Registered Healthcare Professional with NMC or HCPC registration, substantial post-registration continued professional development, and competence across a range of clinical, management, and leadership skills.

A degree or master's level education in a relevant field is essential, and senior clinical management experience is desirable.
