Job Title:
Full-Time Residential Support Worker

Contract Type:
Permanent Full time (37 hours per week)
64 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team.

As a Support Worker, you will provide individualised care and support to young residents, serving as a positive role model and advocate. You will work proactively within a professional care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised care and support to young residents
  • Serve as a role model and advocate for the young people
  • Work proactively within a professional care team

Requirements:
  • Empathy and a passion for helping young people
  • Willingness to work alternate weekends and bank holidays
  • Ability to participate in physical activities

Prior knowledge of child protection issues and understanding of the development needs of children and young people is desirable but not essential.


Shift Patterns:
Willingness to do overnight stays (sleep-ins on a rota basis)
