HelloFresh is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Insight & Analytics Team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Senior Data Analysts to develop and maintain data quality standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau and other tools
  • Support the development of data-driven business cases and recommendations to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data analytics capabilities remain competitive

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics using data visualization software in a similar fast-paced commercial environment
  • Qualification or proven experience in using Tableau
  • Experience with relational SQL databases
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets
  • Experience of delivering automated solutions for reporting and insight applications, and driving quality in data inputs/capture methodologies
  • Experience of developing analytical solutions using a range of tools and data modeling/transformation techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills, taking ownership of business problems and creating lasting solutions
  • Experience in defining and building reporting/insight products in a business environment
