Data Analyst Job Description

Aimtru Brands is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our data analytics capabilities and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards that support analysis and operational processes across our product lines
  • Design and implement advanced data models to support the Power BI dashboards and other analytical needs specific to FMCG and omni-channel retail operations
  • Conduct complex data analysis to uncover insights and drive both strategic business decisions and operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements and implement these through Power BI solutions
  • Lead data analysis efforts, including data mining, predictive modelling, and reporting for our brands
  • Develop and implement data models to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on business intelligence and operational process improvement in FMCG or omni-channel retail
  • Proven track record in leading data analysis initiatives and developing data-driven insights that drive operational efficiencies
  • Advanced skills in data modelling and analysis, with a focus on operational applications
  • Expert proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design
